ALL STAR PLAST has made its own perfect production and management system. There are strict quality control managements in each process. We try our best to avoid mistakes, and put an end to extend mistake to the next process.Its ranges from design analysis and inspection of plastic products to the research on design feasibility of mold, from material purchasing to quality inspection of material, from processing technic selection and arrangement to quality inspection, from mold assembling and installation to mold test,etc..For each process, there are homologous table and quality inspection standard. Each link should be ensured without defect, and then we can keep the delivered molds qualified.

Product design inspection

Whatever product design made by customers, we always make all round analysis and inspection, such as molding process feasibility, mold structure and movement feasibility, all the related plastic components matching situation,etc. It can avoid mold amendment, scrap and other unnecessary mold repair work,which are caused by product design fault.

Mold design inspection

With precise analysis, foreseeing rationality analysis for mold design,best processing analysis and mold structure application, it offers the most professional solutions with the most suitable mold performance and technical specification as customer required.

The inspection covers many aspects, such as mold intensity, mold-flow analysis, mold ejection,cooling system, rationality of guiding system, application of mold spare parts’specification, customers’machine selection and special requirement application,etc. All of these should be inspected in according with all star Plast mold design standard.

Inspection For Raw material purchasing

There is strict inspection process and time control of spare parts purchasing ,the parts standardization, dimension precision, hardness of mold steel and material flaw detection and so on.

Processing quality control

Control the dimension precisely,make self-inspection on each tooling spare parts in according to the requirements of drawing size and tolerance limits control. Only pass the inspection, can the spare parts delivered to the next working step. It is not allowed to make previous wrong workpiece inflow to the next tooling steps. For CNC milling,it needs strict auditing for procedures before tooling. After tooling, we will check up and control the precision by 3D coordinate measures. We have many measures ,such as professional tooling technology training and machine maintenance; self-inspection of tooling workpiece and acceptance check made by quality department; rational work shifts system and tooling control system.

Inspection of mold installation

Make complete inspection on mold to ensure the structure consistence and spare parts standardized. Project manager and QC people should all take part in mold inspection under the company standard,and make sure the product quality. If mistakes are found,they can be corrected promptly. It also can prevent mistakes. In addition ,we will simultaneously do independent standardization test on mold cooling system,mold hydraulic oil channel system and hot runner system.

Acceptance inspection on sample

QC department should make product inspection and submit the test report 24 hours after mold testing. Report should include full range test and analysis on product size, appearance, injection techniques and Physical Parameter. We use different inspection standard and tool for different products. In our labs, we do different test on high pressure injection,high speed injection, long time automatic running testing, and so on. QC department gives suggestions on the amendment and improvement for rejected product. We have accumulated abundant experience, which applies in mold production and offer good solutions for more and more customers. Along with our continuous improvement on equipment and measuring and test instruments, our product inspection tends to be more professional.
