Our plastic molds are custom-made which can meet your requirement in different standards,like HASCO standard,D-M-E standard,etc.We can use 718,P20,S136,H13 different mold steel,and different hot runner,Chinse brand,YUDO hot runner,Moldmaster hot runner,Incore hot runner. Before we begin to make the molds,the inspection of technology is very important,like mold construction ,cooling line systern,ejector types,plastic mold size for the injection machines,locating ring size…

we order the mold steel after customer’s confirmation on plastic product and mold 3D design.and we will update the progress of the mold to our customer each week. Samples can be sent to customer to check after mold testing or customers can visit us to test the mold face to face.

MOULD SERVICE PROCESSING

Sales Contract
Sign the Mould Design and Manufacture Contract between two parties
after receiving your production confirmation.
Received the 2D or 3D drawings ,Samples and the technical requirement.

Quotation
we will give the quotation Including the quality, price, material, delivery time, payment item, etc.

Design Work
We will start the design work (for this please send 3D drawings, if  possible, our specialists
will be more efficiently work out the design with CAD/CAM/CAE systems)

Mould design
We will provide the mold drawings within 7 days (depending on the structure of the product,and we start the manufacture after your approval).

Manufacturing
After design confirmation, we begin to make the mold,and update the mold progress with pictures each week for customers, when we make the mold trial, we will send customer the plastic samples.

Modification
Mould modification until the samples approved.

Delivery
We will clean, run molds in our ejection system checking machines and check cooling lines with high pressure machines and then pack molds in wooden box then delivery the molds.
