Disposable Knife fork and spoon need large production quantity, similar like the thin wall production line which need high-speed injection machine molding.If you want the molds running for long shots to get high profit ,the mold quality is the most important and the cycle time should be as shorter as possible.So the mold design and mold hot runner is what we first consideration. Good cooling channel achieve the short cycle time, we can use the beryllium copper to reduce the cycle time due to better heat conductivity.
We have made plastic cutlery molds such as 32 cavities, 64 cavities and combined 48+48 cavities for plastic spoon molds, plastic knife mold, plastic fork mold can run within cycle time in 5 seconds.
